Most recently Mark has been with Vodafone as their Head of Customer Solutions and Service Operations responsible for the Global Enterprise Service organisation.
Mark joined Vodafone to create the Service and Operations strategy for their Global Enterprise customer base, creating their Business Operations function. Over the past five years he has held a number of senior management and leadership roles within the Solutions and Operations side of the business.
Prior this he headed up Service and Operations within Cable and Wireless with global responsibility for Service Management and Delivery
